Production process automation software
One live record for every order, from the first call to the delivery challan. Operators use a phone, owners see a dashboard.

Order intake
Orders, specifications and due dates enter once, from a form, a call or an import, and are never retyped.

Planning
The schedule is built from machine capacity and material on hand, and is re-planned the moment a machine stops.

Production
Operators scan a job on a phone or tablet. Counts, scrap and downtime log themselves as the shift runs.

Quality
Checklists and measurements are captured at each gate, with photos and automatic holds when a reading is out of range.

Dispatch
Packing lists and QR labels are generated for you, so every batch can be traced back to its job, operator and checks.

What you get
- A live job board for the whole floor
- Operator screens that run on low-cost Android devices
- Downtime and scrap reasons captured in two taps
- Quality gates with photo evidence
- QR labels for batch and serial traceability
- A daily owner summary by email
- Role-based access for owners, supervisors and operators
Who it is for
Job shops and fabricators
Many small orders, changing priorities and constant questions about where a job is. A live job board answers them without walking the floor.
Food, packaging and consumer goods
Batch records, expiry and traceability matter. QR labels tie every pack back to its batch, line and quality checks.
Assembly and electronics
Serial numbers, test results and rework loops are captured at each station, so a returned unit can be traced in seconds.
Process and batch plants
Recipes, readings and holds are recorded as they happen, with out-of-range values flagged before a batch moves on.
How a rollout works
- 1
Map one line
We follow a single product through your plant and write down every hand-off, form and spreadsheet.
- 2
Pilot with operators
A small group uses the app on real jobs. We fix what slows them down before anyone else sees it.
- 3
Add quality and labels
Quality gates with photos and QR labels are switched on once the basic flow is trusted.
- 4
Scale across the plant
More lines, more reports and role-based access are added in stages, with training for each team.
Automation questions
Can it work with our existing machines?
Yes. Start with manual counts and downtime reasons from operators. Where a machine can send signals, we can connect it later without changing the rest of the system.
Will operators need training?
Operator screens are built to be used with a few taps. A short hands-on session per shift is usually enough to start.
Does it work if the internet goes down?
The Android operator app can keep working offline and sync when the connection returns, so a dropped signal does not stop production.
